Britain is one of the largest and most transparent real estate markets globally and Brexit could create compelling real estate investment opportunities over the next few years that would benefit disciplined investors.

AXIA’s principals spent a significant part of their professional career in the UK, where they have held senior positions and were leading the execution of real estate transactions at their respective firms. As part of their roles, they developed a broad network of relationships within the UK real estate sector, including with private and institutional real estate owners, a broad range of lenders, and a variety of agents, consultants and advisors involved in the acquisition process and the subsequent asset management of the properties.

 

AXIA’s management is located both in the UK and in Israel, allowing the firm to have on the one hand, on-the-ground access to marketed and off-market deals as well as hands-on asset management of the properties it acquires, while on the other hand, transparent and accessible dialogue with its investor base in Israel.
