Gal Nadir

For nearly 15 years, Gal Nadir has held senior positions with the real estate platforms of leading global financial institutions, including Compass Partners in London, as Global Head of Real Estate & Managing Director, Barclays Capital and Lehman Brothers’ Global Real Estate Groups in London and NY, and Lazard Frères’ Real Estate Group. Until forming AXIA Real Estate Capital in 2017, Gal was Global Head of Real Estate Investments at Clal Insurance, one of Israel's largest insurance & pension companies, where he was overseeing the firm’s acquisition and asset management effort, including of its UK portfolio.

Throughout his career, he was involved in real estate transactions amounting to over $5bn (£3.5bn) and developed a broad network of relationships within the UK real estate sector.

Gal holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School, a Master of Law (LLM) from Tel Aviv University and a joint undergraduate degree in law (LLB) and accounting (Magna Cum Laude) from Tel Aviv University. He is a certified attorney-at-law.

Roy Elchanan

Roy is based out of London and locally oversees AXIA’s UK activities.

Over the past six years, Roy served as the CEO of Gama Property, a London based company he co-founded, focusing on value-add real estate investments. As part of his role at Gama, he was leading over 30 real estate acquisitions and was subsequently responsible for the firm’s asset management and value enhancement effort, ranging from property refurbishment to full scale property conversion. Prior to founding Gama, Roy held senior security related roles for the State of Israel in Europe.

Roy’s management skills in these roles and at Gama created strong, resilient teams that thrived under his leadership and mentoring.

Roy has an MBA degree from the College of Management Academic Studies and a BA degree in political science and sociology from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
